If you are unable to attend a class during a block booking, 1 session may be rolled over to a future class.
4. Health & Safety – If You or Your Baby Are Unwell
To keep our classes safe and supportive, please do not attend if you or your little one are unwell. This includes:
A recent fever or cough
Upset stomach, vomiting, or diarrhoea in the past 48 hours
Heavy nasal discharge
Sticky or discharging eyes
Or if there are symptoms of a contagious illness, such as:
Chickenpox, hand, foot & mouth, scarlet fever, norovirus, Covid-19, or similar illnesses.
We understand it can be disappointing to miss a class, especially with the effort it takes to attend. This policy is to protect everyone in the room. If you are unsure, please contact us — rest, recover, and return when you are feeling well.
5. Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga – Health & Safety
When practicing yoga during pregnancy or postnatally, please note:
Always follow guidance from your healthcare provider regarding safe movement during pregnancy or after birth.
Avoid any exercises or poses that cause pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.
Inform your instructor of any complications during pregnancy, recent birth, or medical conditions before attending class.
Pregnant participants should avoid lying flat on their back after the first trimester unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Postnatal participants should ensure that they have been cleared by a doctor or midwife before returning to yoga, particularly after a cesarean section or significant abdominal surgery.
Modifications and props are provided to support safe practice; please use them as advised and listen to your body.
These precautions are designed to ensure your safety and support your wellbeing, as well as that of your baby.
